In the Pays Basque, the issue of sustainable mobility is a matter of concern. That is why the local authorities, at the initiative of Jean-René Etchegaray, Bayonne’s mayor and Claude Olive, Union of Pays Basque Mobilities‘ President, have created the Mouvements exhibition. This year, it will take place on February 8 and 9, in Bayonne.
The exhibition will be animated by conferences on mobility issues as well as the opportunity to try these new mobilities. Among them, the start-up MyBus will be present on the stand of Transdev to present its solution.
Transdev and MyBus: a win-win relationship!
MyBus dematerializes the transport ticket. Free and universal application, just a smartphone to travel, simply. Historically, the hegobus network in the Pays Basque is the first to sell MyBus m-Tickets. Indeed, it is Transdev who has trusted MyBus to launch its first experiment.
This relationship has given birth to other collaborations in Nouvelle Aquitaine. This is the case of the Baïa network in Arcachon and the Tma network in Mont-de-Marsan.
The Mouvements exhibition: an opportunity to meet users
At Mouvements, Transdev and MyBus will be able to present the m-Ticket experience and share it with other networks that do not offer it yet. More than the m-ticket, MyBus also offers a timetable, a route calculation and community sharing. Thus, in a single application users can travel on their networks and in neighboring networks. With its growing development, MyBus also allows to buy its ticket on its smartphone on fifteen networks in France. The application also provides timetable in more than 110 networks and continues to expand.
